Exchanging your softball bat is an easy 3-step process!

1. Determine The Exchange Value:

Click on the "Exchange It" form to enter your contact information along with the type of bat(s) and it's attributes to help us determine your Exchange value. Your quote will be available instantly. If you accept our computer generated offer just push the "I Accept" button and move on to step 2!

2. Shipping Your Exchange Bat(s):

Once you accept our offer prepare your exchange bats for shipment and insure they are packed safely. If your bat(s) gets damaged in shipping BatExchange.com will not be held responsible. (All instructions will be emailed to you.)

Now that you have your bat(s) packed simply take them to your local post office and ship them to us. Insurance is optional but we strongly recommend using signature required. This protects both of us. We will reimburse your shipping cost.

3. Receive Exchange Payment:

Once your exchange is received, it will be processed and your electronic gift certificate will be issued immediately. Your gift certificate will be emailed to the address you supplied.
